How to delete your account in the app
- Open the TourBot app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- In Account Actions, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm both deletion prompts to finalize your request.
Account deletion is initiated directly from within the app.
Data deleted after account deletion
- Account and authentication records
- Active sessions and linked login-provider records
- User profile records tied to your account
- Tour instances and tour ratings tied to your account
- Push notification tokens and scheduled notifications
Data that may be retained
- Tours you created may remain in our catalog with account ownership removed.
- Purchase and billing records are managed by Apple App Store / Google Play and related billing providers.
- We do not apply an extra retention window to active account records once deletion is processed.
- Some records may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before automatic removal.
